To help our technical team resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information when you email support@knighttimeplus.com:

  • The make, model, and Operating System (OS) version of your device.

  • The KnightTime+ app version number, which you can find by going to Account > App Settings.

  • A screenshot or short video of the issue.

Here’s how to find your device information:

  • iOS (iPhone/iPad): Go to Settings > General > About.

  • Android: In Settings, go to About phone or About device.

  • Roku: Go to Settings > System > About.

  • Amazon Fire TV: Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About.

  • Apple TV: Go to Settings > General > About.
