This is essential for the app to accurately detect your location, which is critical for its proper functionality and to comply with league broadcasting regulations. To verify your service eligibility and ensure the most accurate location detection, we highly recommend connecting your device to your home Wi-Fi network.


Should the location displayed within the app still be incorrect, there is a straightforward process to manually update your home location. It is important to remember that location access must be enabled on all devices, including smart TVs, to ensure adherence to all league broadcasting rules.


To change your home location:

  • Navigate to the "Account" section within the app.

  • Select "Location."

  • Choose "Change Home Location."

  • From the available options, select your correct home location and then tap "Confirm."

Please be aware that you are permitted to change your home location up to twice per year.
