Access Account Settings: Once logged in, locate and click on the "Account" section, then proceed to "Account Settings." This area contains all your personal and subscription-related information.
Manage Payment Information: Within the "Account Settings," you will find a "Subscription" section. Underneath this, select the option labeled "Manage Payment."
Enter New Payment Details: You will then be prompted to input your updated payment information. Please ensure all details are entered accurately.
Save Changes: After entering the new details, click on the "Save" or "Update" button to confirm your changes.
Pending Payment Processing: Once your payment information has been successfully updated, our system will automatically process any pending payments that may be due.
Method 2: If purchased through third-party platforms
For subscriptions initiated and managed through external platforms such as Amazon, Google Play (Android), Roku, or Apple (iOS), the process for updating your payment information differs. This is because these third-party platforms are responsible for the billing and management of your subscription. Therefore, any payment updates must be performed directly through their respective systems.
